Outsource Institute (AUS) is an Australian, family-owned and operated engineering training provider with over 25 years of experience in online, offline, and onsite training. Our founder, Carl, has journeyed from tradesman to educator, deeply understanding the challenges faced by students and the needs of businesses in the sector. This hands-on experience and deep understanding have become a core part of our team’s approach, ensuring we deliver training that genuinely meets the needs of both students and industry.

As we encourage students of Outsource Institute (AUS), we are continually striving to learn more and provide the best experience and outcome for our students and apprentices. Some of the ways we do this is through seeking out and earning certifications and meeting Registered Training Organisation regulations to always be setting the standard of the outcomes we provide in engineering training.
Quality Management Systems Certified
At Outsource Institute (Aus), we are always seeking to challenge ourselves to improve and achieve to deliver the best training and assessment outcomes. By gaining our ISO 9001:2015 Certification in Quality Management Systems, we have proven our track record providing products and services that meet the needs of not only our students and clients, but regulatory requirements too. It also demonstrates the quality of our quality management system in documenting, tracking and optimising the quality of our training services.
Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
Outsource Institute (AUS) became a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) on 21 November 2007 under the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). This recognition under under the national regulator for the vocational education and training (VET) sector, ASQA, ensures only the highest standards are maintained by RTOs through the effective regulation of:
- Vocational education and training providers
- Accredited vocational education and training courses, and
- Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) providers including those delivering English Language Intensive Courses to Overseas Students (ELICOS).
As a registered training organisation, organisations must comply with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 in order to remain compliant. Outsource Institute has systems and processes in place to remain compliant and ensure training delivery is of exceptional standard to deliver high-quality experience for our clients.
