Hayley Gorlitz-Wilson
Marketing Director / Trainer and Assessor
My role as the Marketing Director is translate the strategic vision of Outsource Institute into marketing strategies. Strategies are formulated for both our domestic and international divisions and include a focus on brand building, creative communications, digital marketing, social media and event management. In collaboration with the marketing team I deliver measurable results, fresh ideas and customer-centric solutions.

National Training and Development Manager
As the National Training and Development Manager, I am both business and customer oriented, I have a strong focus on client learning outcomes and the growth of the RTO. I ensure my sales team is up to date with ever-changing technology and industry developments and that we analyse and approach each company and client on an individual basis to meet their personal and career advancement needs. Within my role I account manage our Industry Partners, Custom Fluidpower, SMC Corporation and Weld Australia on a national capacity and work closely with new and existing clients to conduct company evaluations and assist with their overall succession plan.

Qualified Trainer and Assessor with over 40 years’ experience in the engineering industry. My role involves the training and assessment of technical and mechanical engineering students, welding and boilermaking students and the facilitation of CRICOS classes.

Qualified Trainer and Assessor with over 40 years of experience in the engineering industry. I look after the training and assessment of apprentices, specialising in Welding and Fabrication.
Sudarshan Caushik
Engineering Trainer and Assessor
Sudarshan holds a Master’s degree in Technology in Turbo-machines, a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. He has extensive experience in technical analysis, equipment design, manufacturing, testing, teaching, and project engineering across various industries, including mineral processing, oil and gas, petrochemicals, coal washing, and power plants. At Outsource Institute, Sudarshan facilitates and assesses training in Fluid Power, as well as the Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Engineering.
Rajendra Kumar (Raj)
Engineering Trainer and Assessor
Raj is a highly skilled Fitter and Turner with over 40 years of industry expertise in automotive workshops, crane companies, mine sites, manufacturing maintenance environments and marine turbo chargers. Specializing in grinding operations on manual and CNC machines, he excels in fine tolerances and quality assurance. Raj holds a Diploma of Engineering (Mechanical) and is dedicated to mentoring colleagues and young tradespeople. His precision, quality focus, and extensive experience make him a valuable asset to the Outsource Training Team.
Stephanie Love
Project Officer
As the Project Officer, I am responsible for ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are carried out efficiently and effectively within the Operations and Compliance Team. As part of my role, I ensure compliance is met in all Outsource Institute’s student documentation, training resources and materials. I coordinate the ordering and management of all training resources as well as the tracking of all incoming and outgoing assessments and correspondence. As an integral part of the Operations & Compliance Team I am responsible for the training of new office administrators, student management and customer service, including, administering online and student portal access to the Learning Management System (LMS) and managing all staff travel requirements with Flight Centre Business Travel. I am also responsible for coordinating the local and interstate training schedule for Hydraulics and Pneumatics training at our partners Custom Fluidpower and SMC Corporation.

When he’s not busy creating amazing structures, you can find him shooting hoops on the basketball court or strumming his guitar. He’s always ready to jump in and be part of the solution, bringing his expertise to the table.

Edward is our Head Trainer for our international mining engineering project, boasting over 40 years of trade experience across two continents. His extensive qualifications include Certificates in Training and Assessment, Engineering-Mechanical Trade, and Mechanical Engineering. Edward has excelled in roles ranging from supervisor and manager to Technical Product Specialist in Australia and Southeast Asia. His expertise spans diagnostics, repairs, welding, and more. Edward’s dedication to training and mentoring, combined with his deep industry knowledge, makes him a highly valued asset to our team.

Engineering / Automotive Trainer & Assessor
With a proven track record of providing high-quality education to mixed-ability classes, Indhiran has developed the ability to create programs for advanced learners and modified programs for those who require additional support. By utilizing technology in the classroom, he has successfully motivated and engaged students in their learning, leading to improved academic performance. Committed to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment, he offers constructive feedback and encouragement to all students, recognizing and addressing individual differences and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Shane is a skilled professional with a strong background in engineering and welding. Having completed the Weld Australia Cert 10 Weld Supervisor program and pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering at Griffith University, he brings valuable expertise to the team. With experience as a Senior Workshop Boilermaker, Shane excels in fabrication, welding, and maintenance tasks. He holds certifications in welding supervision and pressure vessel inspection, showcasing his commitment to excellence.

Training and Development Specialist (TDS)
Kevin Hyslop has joined our Sales Department as a Training and Development Specialist (TDS). Kevin brings extensive experience from the Hydraulics Industry, notably with Cooper Fluid Systems where he served as Regional Manager for Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales. He led a multidisciplinary team, providing services to the Resources, Engineering, and Manufacturing industries. Kevin excels in developing B2B relationships and business strategies, making him a valuable addition to our team.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Information Technology and Bachelor of Science, majoring in Psychology at the University of Queensland, Georgie comes armed with a diverse skill set and a passion for innovation. With a focus on web development and proficiency in various programming languages, Georgie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Her expertise will be instrumental in elevating our Canvas E-Learning System Improvement project to new heights. In her role, Georgie will be responsible for enhancing user experience, adding and refining content, and exploring innovative integrations with Canvas plugins. Her dedication and attention to detail will ensure that our platform remains at the forefront of educational technology.
