Now hiring for a RTO Administrator!

Are you a detail-oriented and a highly organised individual with a passion for education and compliance? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become an integral part of our team as an RTO Administrator!

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and email inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Process student enrolments, domestic and international.
  • Data entry, including resulting of student assessments, processing completions and issuance of certifications.
  • General RTO administration.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

To be considered for this position you will possess:

  • Experience in an administrative role within the education or vocational training sector.
  • Knowledge and experience in working with RTOs and ASQA are desirable
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with RTO management systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • High-level organisational skills with an ability to independently manage workload and prioritise tasks to meet team goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent customer service and client management skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the CRICOS and relevant training packaging requirements, AVETMISS and experience with government-funded programs are desirable

Qualifications and Licenses 

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or higher
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Current/valid Drivers Licence
