The qualification packaging has been developed on an assumption that competency will be developed through an integrated combination of on and off-the-job learning strategies. This course is planned in cooperation with the clients and participants to ensure that the needs of both groups are met. Because of the work-based focus of this program, participants need to be in a role where they can access the required resources to be competent in the units chosen.
