Entry Requirments

To enrol in this qualification, students do not need to meet any formal entry requirements.

  • All students should have adequate language, literacy and numeracy skills to
    undertake the training and assessment successfully. Outsource Institute will assess the
    student’s ACSF level and determine any necessary support requirements.
  • Pre-requisite units or qualifications
  • There are pre-requisite units that students must hold prior to undertaking particular
    units in the qualification. Those units are listed on the qualification information

Outsource Institute (AUS) has undergone a credit assessment with The University of Queensland (UQ) and is pleased to share that students who complete the Advanced Diploma of Engineering at Outsource Institute and meet the course entry requirements are eligible for 16 units (1st year) of credit towards the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) Mechanical specialisation.

Students will need to submit a request via UQ’s online form in order to receive the credit.
